  3. When this installation is complete, you have a folder
  4. with several icons on your Desktop and also on your 
  5. Start Menu. 
  6.  
  7. 1) When you first click on the E-Book icon, you may be 
  8. asked if you wish to install Replica and change the 
  9. location of the default directory. Replica is the 
  10. Windows viewing system for the E-Book. If Explorer or
  11. other Folders open during this installation, there is
  12. no problem. Simply close them. 2) Depending upon 
  13. the details of your system hardware and configuration,
  14. the software may not ask you if you wish to install 
  15. Replica. In that situation, it will automatically 
  16. install when you first start the E-Book: you will notice 
  17. the brief display of a status gauge as several files 
  18. install to your hard drive.

  20. You now have the shareware version of Replica on your
  21. hard drive. You can view an unlimited number of *.rpl
  22. documents with the shareware but can only create five
  23. *.rpl documents. Registration for Replica is NOT handled
  24. by Reality Software: you must contact Farallon Software
  25. directly - see About on the Replica Viewer Help Menu.
